Thank you for shopping with Eyesential. We want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

UK Delivery

  • Cost: Free on all UK orders
  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days from dispatch

International Delivery

  • Cost: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Delivery time: 5–10 working days from dispatch

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). If you place your order before midday, we will aim to dispatch it the same day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Delays

Whilst we always aim to meet the delivery times above, occasionally delays can occur due to factors outside our control such as postal service disruptions or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
